1st goal met, mini-success! :)

Weighed in this morning at 159.6. Started at 172, and breaking into the 150s was my first goal I set for myself. I admit, I was worried at first I might become complacent when I hit the first milestone, but if anything I'm more motivated to now stay in the 150s, and hopefully in the next few months hit the 140s

Woohoo! I know this feeling all too well! I started at 305 lbs. and weighed in last at 285! It is a motivating feeling if nothing else! Good luck on your journey!0
