Your macros should always equal 100% when you're trying to set your percentages. Set calories first, then go to macros. I know on mine I can't set the goal unless the macros reach 100% exactly. Vitamin B 12 is good for blood formation. There can be a deficiency if there isn't enough proteins in the diet. :) energy levels should boost: they did for me at least.

Realistic goals are the way to go, 50lbs may be a better goal than 100lbs...and I agree with charlotte....you bite it you write it. Make yourself accountable 100%. This is your life and you only have one shot at it. We are all on similar journeys, don't give up :smile:
