Here's a great (and healthy/low cal) recipe I made last night with peanut butter, thought I'd share!!! :) And it's in the database! Eating Well.Com Recipe - Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry With Peanut Sauce....add some lime before eating...delish!!!

I go to a gym where there are many classes to choose from, but on sundays, the choice is limited. It's not a spin studio that I pay extra for, but I guess I get both sides of the coin....she must just be the sensative type. Even though I was in the back, not disturbing anyone and sweating more than most, well, I can't be…

In my op I said that the reason I took her class is because the step class comes right after, I needed to be done today by 10am, but yeah, we all have free will. Spin is not like other classes where what the instructor is saying has that great of an impact on your workout, especially if you've been doing it for many years.…

I think I want to teach this....I would love to get paid for something I do anyway.....I will take her place hahaha!!!

I'd like to try a pair and see how they work too, I think the five finger ones would make me self conscious, they just draw too much attention, do the minimalist ones you are talking about mimic the five finger ones without the appearance of "feet"? Just curious too!
-
put duct tape over them. I've seen bloody nips on men, looks painful and draws A LOT of attention...

No snotty texture...hahaha!

So why is everyone all about the greek yogurt, what does it have that plain nonfat yogurt doesn't have...sounds like a bandwagon to me.....6oz of chobani black cherry has 150 cals, which seems rather high to me, and 14g of protein which seems decent. Plain nonfat yogurt, something generic perhaps, has 130 cals in 8 oz…

Garmin 305....only drawback is that it's an older model and doesn't tell cals burned when indoors since it can't get a gps signal. So I take an average of what my hr has been throughout workout and plug into a website that factors in weight, age, hr. But when I'm outside running, it's great! I'm sure it can do a lot more…

Store it with the pit inside!

eat a hard boiled egg and drink a bottle of water....does the trick!!!

I am the same way. I exercise like a banshee, working out isn't the problem. It's just the fact that I could eat literally all day long! I think the way to do it is to Google "negative calorie foods". Keep them nearby always! Plan ahead with baggies of carrots, an apple, a banana (not necessarily negative cals) all nearby…

Most chinese places will steam your vegetables and meat. They don't put any sauce...or they'll put it on the side. I get mixed veg and shrimp or chicken, they I raid the sauce packets..at least I know how much sauce I'm using.

Only coffee :)

Depends on who you ask...haha...sorry, couldn't help it. For some more constructive ideas...see below.. http://www.avocado.org/recipes/

I would say do both! Each is a great calorie burner...my heart rate gets just as high in zumba as it does in spin....and it's always a good thing to mix up your workouts!

tonic is just as high in cals as cola, stick with soda water and a squeeze of lime, or for a few extra cals, splash of rose's lime juice, it has sugar, but a splash cant be too bad!
-
yep, that's a great one! Only about 75 calories too!

Thanks for the insight!

The only people I see wearing these shoes aren't very toned, so the proof is in the pudding. Of cours the people on the commercial look toned, but that's not who I'm talking about....

I heard about the changes in the school system that you mentioned, wow! That voucher plan is really something! So different than the educational climate in Chicago. Hopefully it is beneficial to all, thanks for the insight. I think our next move is to fly down towards May and check it out! You mentioned good gyms in the…

Usually when you start sweating the hrm starts to read your heart rate. You shouldn't need anything else!

It gets a lot easier, there are a ton of foods that are non-dairy. Soy milk/Almond milk really helps in the cereal department, and breyers makes a lactose free ice cream. There are lactose free cheeses now. It's not that bad actually.

Once you start exercising, you will wonder how you were able to live without it!
