So the Panera tomato and mozzarella salad has 770 calories, 340 of them are from those stupid croutons....there's only like 10, okay maybe 15 AT MOST of those little irresponsible bread nuggets, and they equal 340 calories? Dunkin Donuts lowfat blueberry muffin...so I got one figuring it to be around 300, felt the urge to splurge, will go for a run later will be able to afford that...but 450 Calories? 45 grams of sugar? I'm already over my sugar now by 21!!!!! This is complete false advertising and it pisses me off.

When they give the calorie count for fruit in a jar in light syrup, does that include the syrup or just the fruit? My instincts tell me it includes the syrup? Right or wrong? I don't eat the syrupy part...

Eating too much before 12:00 noon?
Hello, I have this habit of eating most of my calories by about noon. Then I go to the gym and earn about 600 more and then eat dinner around 7ish. Does this matter? I am ravenous during the day, especially between 6-10 am. Does anyone eat their cals in a relatively short amount of time? Or does this even matter.
