    I love pancakes. Great idea hope I can find it at my store. I have learned that I like the sugar free syrup better than the regular. All in moderation though :tongue:

    sugar free syrup has a LOT more sodium. Just an FYI.

    I'm sure it varies from brand to brand and color, but maple syrup would be a good replacement for light syrup as far as the sodium. Here's a website I found with some nutrientional facts (again I'm assuming it will vary between types of maple (orgnanic,etc))
