I'm being a bad accountability partner this morning. I forgot all about the cookies in the breakroom. Mondays are always so hectic but that is not an excuse. Last week you encouraged me to exercise and it really paid off. I will make sure I check in on you.

I started a week ago. I'm still on level 1.

I started the Shred about a week ago. I agree that it kicks your butt quickly but I'm seeing results. How long before I should move up a level? I still struggle a little with level 1 but nothing like the first day.
