That right there is what this group helped me learn. Struggles and starting over (every five minutes if I have to) are part of the process. Weight loss is not linear and it pays to know a blip from a trend. NO DAY IS PERFECT, but all days teach something if we're listening. :heart: to alla y'all!

I am counting intentional walk/run miles, and got stalled somewhere in the Shire by some knee problems. Picked up my knapsack today and ran 1.25, so glad to be back at it! In 15 miles, I meed the dreaded Black Rider... :fearful:

Charge 2 for 5 months, they are spendy for my budget but I have been very happy with it. Weight loss is all about eating less. Log every bite every day. Do that till you don't mind doing it any more. Gym is great for getting stronger and more fit, but as they say... "you can't out-train a bad diet".

Altra brand shoes coined the term - running shoes with heel and toe at the same height for injury prevention and a more natural stride. Altras work for me like keto does for you :wink: and so comfy! Not making much of a fashion statement though :grimace:
