@abowersgirl like @denswrex I use protein bars as a "harm reduction" type treat, and they don't seem to creep on me too much. Update 24th: Still learning how my body responds to overages in maintenance. Had a pretty active day yesterday and bam, weight back to 126.0. Yes to what everyone says. I tried all sorts of snake oil before I found MFP, and the guidelines here (and my Fitbit, TBH) make it easy. Eat less, move more, and use MFP and a food scale to track the eats. It's easy and it's free and it works, no snake oil required.
