  • I couldn't agree more, I have always been a daily weigher but I followed what I saw others do on the challenge, and kept my 10 day rolling averages. Those helped me have a sense of progress in spite of the normal, daily ups and downs.

  • Ginger tea is my savior for nausea. And OP, like many others have said, you can't wreck this in a day. Go on, go easy on yourself, make it sustsinable.
  • OP, I have a "meal" logged of individual components on mfp for my local mex chicken enchiladas which I order with no cheese no sour cream, and it dings me about 500 cals - completely survivable and my go to. Alternatively, enjoy and log as best you may :)
