Well, strangely enough, I haven't had an episode for a couple of days now after having them every day for a week. Not sure if I will go for the endoscopy or not at this point. Whatever it is, it isn't hindering my activity level.

It definitely isn't the flu...I ran a 5k last night without any problems (and a personal best time). It is likely just a new system adjustment. I'm not particularly worried, it is just inconvenient especially when I can't identify a trigger to avoid!

I had a requirement for a two week liquid pre-op diet. It was rough because I had to travel on business most of those two weeks.
