I don't count steps, but a 10 mile run for me calculates at right around 1000 calories. I'm 5'4" and 145 pounds. That sounds like a lot of extra calories. That being said, that doesn't sound like a crazy calorie intake for your current weight and activity level.

Splenda has about 3 carbs per packet. Cream also has a amount. Sounds like it was milk or creamer in use. ...and carbohydrates are not just sugar.

I ran my 10 mile course in 91 minutes and 35 seconds...that is THREE minutes faster than my previous best time. Cool weather and new, lighter shoes made me fast this morning!

I ran 70 miles in 7 days! That is more than 10 miles further than my previous weekly distance.

I'm so annoyed because I just bought it and it seems to be doing that same thing my old one was. I know that I was more than a minute faster than my usual 10k time when it crapped out. I'll just have to run fast again on Saturday.

I'm like a bottomless pit in the evening! Inevitably, I overdo it at least once a week and suffer the consequences. Not enough to make me barf but enough to make it really uncomfortable.

Do you have a known iron deficiency? Just because you aren't hitting RDAs doesn't mean that you need to supplement.
