I have set mine to 1350, because I tried 1200 and I was starving myself. If you are working out, you need to eat so just find out what works for you. I jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day and just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD. I will let you know how it goes. So far on day 3 my hamstrings are burning.

So I have done 30DS for 3 days now and at first it wasn't so bad, but last night I was sore and thought I wasn't going to make it through. Low and behold... It was 25 minutes before I knew it. I am determined to do this so anyone else doing it feel free to add me so we can keep each other motivated!!! Summer swim suit here…

I just ordered my 30DS DVD. I have "No More Trouble Zones" from Jillian and love it, so hopefully this one will be just as good and help me at my plateau. Good luck everyone!

I just began my journey today! After losing 30lbs already, my goal is to lose the last 20 by the end of the year. Good luck to you all and I know we can all do this!
