  • I started over in January for my New Years Resolution! It has been going slow but steady. I have lost 26 pounds so far and hope to continue. Starting over is frustrating but I needed to do it.

  • I agree about the photos. I have kept a picture of when I was at my heaviest and that inspires me to try to keep off the weight I have lost and hopefully continue to lose more!! Good Luck!! You look great in your profile pic!

  • Good Luck to you!! I would recommend getting a pedometer so you can really add those steps on in a day. Then you can always challenge yourself to get more steps the next week.
