Above all I can not forgive or excuse sweating on and not wiping down equipment. Nor can I stand people that hover and jump on your equipment before you get to wipe it down. I always come back and say "really, that's so gross!" Finally quit the gym and to work out outdoors or at home. Some gym people are so nasty!

I personally don't see that as exercise if it is a normal part of your living activites. I consider exercise anything above and beyond. Thanks for posting this, as I haven't been concentrating on the body fat % just the scale. Would you recommend having someone measure this for me or purchasing the caliper & doing it myself? Or---purchasing the caliper and find a handsome guy to measure it for me! :blushing:

Warrior Dash in 3 weeks, then a couple of 5 ks and Urban Assualt Ride in Austin in June, then hopefully a half-marathon. Between I'll be increasing my strength with more weights! Looking forward to an awesome 2012!
