  • It's pretty potent if you aren't used to stimulant, but effective (in my experience) if you're already on a clean diet and good workout program. Gives tons of energy and kills my appetite, great for helping get rid of fat in those stubborn areas
  • That's crazy that you didn't see results with either Jack3d or C4? I wouldn't look for anything stronger, try cycling off of stimulant for awhile and see if that helps with seeing effects
  • No meth in it, but it sucks they're pulling it off the shelves, this is one of my favorite pre workouts! 1,3 is no meth, but it is pretty strong if you aren't used to it, it seems to affect everyone differently. Try Jack3d fast if you want to try it, can probably get a good deal on it right now
  • I've personally used OEP and seen results, but I was also eating a clean diet and working out....hands down, if you want to see ANY results, you're going to have to put in work before relying on any product
  • Post up your diet...you say you're watching what you're eating, but is it completely cleaned up (or are you even eating ENOUGH?). OEP can help with weight loss goals (in my experience), but unless you're putting in the work and have your diet on point, it probably won't be much help
  • I've used it on days when I'm trying to lift heavy..if you're not looking to put on muscle (which Jack3d really won't do), maybe look into OEP, which will give you energy to get through your running workouts
  • What does your diet look like? 80% of losing weight is nutrition, so before you go and invest in OEP (which I think is a great product, ONCE you've already got the ball rolling with a clean diet), take a day and write down everything you eat and figure out where you can cut corners (or if you're even eating ENOUGH…
  • This is a great supplement for weight loss (in my experience), but as was mentioned above, only effective if you're already eating right and exercising properly. It's great for energy and appetite control if you're trying to drop some weight, but be sure to stay hydrated, it's fairly strong, especially if you aren't used…
  • I tried Hydroxycut a long time ago, not sure if they've ever changed the forumula, but it always made me super jittery; OEP is one of my favorite thermogenic products, great boost of energy without the jitters, plus appetite suppressant
  • I take it on leg day, and after lon days at work when I'm a bit tired. It really helps give me an extra boost of energy
  • This is a very effective weight loss supplement, but (like everything) you have to make sure your diet is cleaned up and workouts are on point if you expect to see a significant difference. If you take it, know that it is pretty strong (especially if you aren't use to caffeine or other stimulant). If you drink a lot of…
  • I've used OEP before, it's one of my favorite thermogenics and appetite suppressants. Make sure you have your diet cleaned up or you most likely won't see much difference past extra energy ....also make sure you drink a ton of water since it's a pretty strong stimulant.
  • Fat burning supplements can help, but you should first make sure your diet is on point. You're obviously on the right track since you've begun a good weight loss plan, but you'll need to keep adjusting the diet as your weight goes down. Depending on how sensitive you are to stimulant, Oxyelite was one of the more effective…
  • Do you like the Optimum BCAA's? I haven't tried it yet, was thinking about it. I'm personally a fan of Modern BCAA, it's in a powder form, tastes pretty good and has been the most beneficial in terms of recovery (after heavy lifting)
  • Very effective product, but only if your diet is good. I've always noticed a big boost in energy which has equated to more pounds lost when I'm dieting, so it's a winner in my book! If you aren't used to stimulants/caffeine and you try this product, start with the minimal dose, it's pretty strong
  • BCAA's are totally worth it I think, especially if you're running a caloric deficit, or training really heavy, as they help with muscle recovery and preservation. They don't all taste horrible, there are a few lines out there with some great flavors, I'll sometimes go with Xtend, but my all around favorite is Modern BCAA…
  • Multi, fish oil, whey protein (Myofusion is yummy!), usplabs supercissus. Does anyone take a preworkout product? Need some recommendations for a new one, trying to gain some size!
  • I love it, 1.5 scoops was perfect for me, gives me a huge amount of energy in the gym. I like the beta alanine tingles, but I guess every product isn't for everyone. Some people don't get a lot from it if they're stim tolerant, be sure to avoid other caffeine sources

  • OEP shouldn't cause weight gain on its own, check out your diet, it may be water retention if you're not getting enough water. It's usually a very effective product if you follow it's instructions, best of luck!
  • I highly doubt eating apples all day will break through a plateau..alll day long =a lot of extra sugar (I think you refer to eating one before a meal, as it makes you feel full faster). The only thing that is truly going to work will be a good clean diet and proper exercise. That being said, when I hit a plateau after…
  • I love Jack3d...but I wouldn't use it for cardio that's more of an OEP type of product that's good there. This stuff is amazing though, great focus, I've put on a lot of strength (and that's saying a lot coming from this former cardio bunny LOL). Be sure that you drink a lot of water, as it does have a pretty strong…

  • Amazing product! Helped me so much with both fatburning and energy, as well as appetite suppression. It can be a bit strong if you're sensitive to caffeine, so start slow, dosage-wise. Also, make sure you drink a lot of water
  • I've used it and I think it's amazing....the key with using it is to follow the directions and cycle the product due to the stimulant in it...and drink a ton of water, being that it contains creatine. Gives a great boost of energy and great mental focus for a killer workout!

  • I've had great experiences in losing weight with this product too! Can't believe the energy it gave me (and I thought I had a lot before LOL), plus the appetite suppressant is great, has anyone tried Recreate? It's just as effective a product, just with a lower stimulant dose
  • I've used OxyElite Pro, and in my experience, compared to other thermogenics I've tried, it's great for getting the job done, but I'd watch it if you're sensitive to stimulants. Also keep in mind not every supplement works for every individual. I've recently gone back to using it, I take 1 before my morning cardio, then…
