I've been type 1 since I was 18 months old and it's always a struggle, but I know that it can be controlled and weight can be lost. I am trying to lose…

I struggle so much and find my diabetes to be one of the hardest parts of losing weight and staying balanced. If anyone has some advice or tips that have helped them, that would be great. I always find that I have to stop in the middle…
