I have a lot to lose. If you go by the bmi scale i have about 170lbs to lose, but for my own goal I want to lose about 130.

I have a gym membership but I don't go often and when i do go it is in the middle of the night when almost no one is there. i am sky and hate crowds. I prefer to do Zumba on the wii, walk, do videos, or use weights at home. I lost 30 lbs last year but ended up stalling when i stopped trying after a have a few family deaths…

I am in the same situation. I actually cried when I saw the scale hit that awful number. I know it was bad but it is a hard thing to face. I lose weight and gain it all the time, probably cause i stress eat. I am sure this site will help and feel free to add me. I don't know much yet but I can be supportive. :)

I am trying to drag my family with me as well, not very easy but i keep trying.
