Hahaha! I totally nibble my special treats and try to make them last as long as possible. Savor the flavor as they say! Oh and Jello has a Sugar Free Dark Chocolate pudding that is very tasty and very chocolately and I think only 60 or 70 calories... just for future reference. :-)

Well I did it this weekend! I brought a Blueberry Lemonade powder drink stick in my purse (only 5 calories for whole drink stick). I'm surprised no one has mentioned wine. A 5oz glass of white wine is around abouts 100 calories. Not too shabby. I've been contemplating lately bringing powder drink sticks out with me... mix a little sugar free cranberry or blueberry lemonade in with some vodka and tonic. Yummm!

I say get a small popocorn and don't add any butter. That should be under 300 calories. Then get a bottle of water and you're good to go. It'll take some time to eat and will be a satisfying movie treat!

I love me some wine! I don't care for red wine. I like pinot grigio and chardonnay the best, but I do not enjoy a buttery chardonnay. Moscato and riesling are too sweet for me. I don't need the very expensive wines... Yellow Tail, Woodbridge and Mondavi are nice. Enjoy!

I agree that pre-logging is the way to go. I start my day by logging my breakfast and then logging what I expect I'll eat for lunch and dinner. It helps me plan out what I can and cannot do. Sometimes I vary from my pre-logged plan, but I'm thinking about it and that is what is key!

Oh yeah I've been guilty of not counting my drinks. When I was on a different diet plan I would NEVER count the points for my morning coffee and I would get a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar every single morning.
