  • Hahaha! I totally nibble my special treats and try to make them last as long as possible. Savor the flavor as they say! Oh and Jello has a Sugar Free Dark Chocolate pudding that is very tasty and very chocolately and I think only 60 or 70 calories... just for future reference. :-)
  • Well I did it this weekend! I brought a Blueberry Lemonade powder drink stick in my purse (only 5 calories for whole drink stick). I poured half of the stick into a vodka tonic... it was divine... so then I had another with the other half of my drink stick! Beware of drink stick powder in the bottom of your purse. It's…
  • I'm surprised no one has mentioned wine. A 5oz glass of white wine is around abouts 100 calories. Not too shabby. I've been contemplating lately bringing powder drink sticks out with me... mix a little sugar free cranberry or blueberry lemonade in with some vodka and tonic. Yummm!

  • Oh yeah I've been guilty of not counting my drinks. When I was on a different diet plan I would NEVER count the points for my morning coffee and I would get a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar every single morning. When I started on MFP I put in my coffee for all it was worth and the very next day I switched to a…
