Firstly and most importantly of all. THOSE SCALES ARE NOT ACCURATE. They are not even usually in the ball park. They will measure your weight fine, but the rest is utter rubbish. And i mean UTTER rubbish. If you are still concerned however then: Eat at least 120g protein a day. Do some form of full body resistance…
