I have to work out in the morning at 4:45 am. It was the only time I could find the uninterupted time to workout, and it gives me energy throughout the day. I suggest getting a nice thorough stretch before you start.

Thanks. I am convinced it was mostly TF but chasing the kids, picking them up and jumping on a trampoline didn't help! It feels a lot better, and now my back is stronger to play with my little trouble makers!!

Hello all! I actually finish a round a CLX earlier this year. Now, I have decided to do the CLX/Turbo Fire hybrid. I'm using the program that Chalene posts in her TF book. The first 2 days are mostly stretching, but tomorrow I am doing Burn 1. I miss the lifting and can't wait to get back into it.

My plan this week: Mon. - Stretch 40 Tues - Ab Burner & Recharge Wed. - Rest Day Thurs. - Burn 1 Fri. - Core 20 & Stretch 10 Sat. - Burn it Off & Stretch 10 Sun. - Ab Burner & Recharge This is the basic hybrid that Chalene has, but I am not sure how I feel about it. I may change it up if I do not feel chalenged enough.

I just quarter it, and place it (cavity down) in a microwave safe dish in 1-2" of water. Microwave it for about 6-8 minutes, until it is soft when poked with a fork. I think the first idea sounds the best also. I try to follow the schedule, but life gets in the way! When it does, I modify the schedule to alternate lifting days and cardio days.

I actually started my 2nd round of CLX today. I was doing Insanity but just didn't enjoy it, and I loved CLX. I have a few accountability partners but could always use more!

Another of my favorites is strawberry spinach salad. I cut up the strawberries and mash them a little with a fork. I throw them over baby spinach and sometimes add sliced almonds. The smashed strawberries act as a dressing, so it's a very heathly side or snack.

I started with 3, 5, 8 & 10 lbs, and it was enough for me for a while. Later I got 12 & 15's. I am on day 2. Wow! I looked through the videos before I started this program, but it is harder than I expected. I couldn't keep up with them the whole time. I slowed down a little but didn't stop. That is all I ask of myself... push as hard as you can, rest if you have to, but don't quit!

The program only comes with one band. Later in the program you may need a couple extra bands with higher resistance. I do not recommend the Timex. Mine works just fine for the Heart Rate function, but it is awful at estimating calories burned. It's wonderful for a confidence boast, but I know I do not burn as many calories as it estimates.

I second this. Some days I am starving for no reason, and other days I barely want to eat my calorie limit (rarely do I have these days!). I wouldn't worry about it if you are still losing weight. It wouldn't kill your whole weight loss journey if you ate an extra 200+ calories one day.

Are you sure sodium is the problem? A lot of things can cause hair loss, including simple stress or a hormonal change. I lost hair after I had my 2nd child. I know other people who lost hair after a stressful time in their life.

Do not get discouraged and stick with it. I have been tracking my weight loss for 20 months. I always hit plateaus for 2-3 months, and then I jump down a few pounds to a new plateau.
