I've only seen this drastically when someone has had gastric-bypass surgery or something like that. Rapidly loosing weight and a lot of it would have this side effect. But everyone is different. Slow and steady wins the race, as they say. :)

I've been doing p90x3 for about a month and a half. I don't do the supplements and all that crap, but I do the workouts.
