Thanks I work at a group home for men that have developmental disabilities, and a few of them take miralax as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

Being diagnosed with Diabetes, Infertility, and Fibromyalgia all in the same year. My husband and I will be getting Adoptive Children Sortly and I want to live to enjoy all the parenting experiences. I want my kids to be able to keep up with me. hehe.

I drink a chocolate slimfast 180 calories for 11 oz. I drink the ultra weight loss shake. They are good and they hit the spot.
