Came in at 1099 calories today, below my goal of 1200. Close to 100ozs of water, no extra exercise, but my fit bit did log 1200 calories burned. All in all not a bad day.

On track to stay within my 1200 calories for the day, with maybe room for a glass of wine!! 70oz of water down, going to do another 16-20 to make up for this morning's coffee and tonight's wine!

I'm doing 75oz/day with additional for any coffee consumed or exercise. I'm a little concerned about my sodium intake though... I tend to only consume 1000-1200mg a day. Anyone else out there have a low sodium diet?

Aiming for 75 ounces a day this week. I do 2-3 cups of coffee a day though so I'll be sure to make up for those with extra water. Not doing any alcohol this week so nothing to make up for there. Halfway to my day one goal. Good luck everyone! kebuda

Thanks everyone for the good insight! I've adjusted my fitbit to add less calories and I'll stick to the 1200-1300 range.
