Ive jumped from the dukan (which was horrible) to just healthy choices and calories. On the dukan my Calories were way too low. I'm doing 1200 on this, still low but better than 500 ish

hmmm ok a couple of things spring to mind.. 1. have you measured yourself, combining exercise and weight loss means you may not necessarily lose weight but end up with more muscle, less fat. 2. I have the same ponderings. Skating for more than 2 hours at a time is some scary calorie amount, like 1000+. I struggle here too. Not necessarily in giving up carbs just staying away from the starchy ones (potatoes, pasta, rice etc). You get carbs from all sorts of food so how about just cutting our potatoes to start, rather than removing completely? You do need carbs to function, it's just about picking the right sources Kel x
