It's day one of my lifestyle change. I had my breakie and then a sandwich and a big yoghurt for lunch... and im hungry. I have two hours of work left and the only food available to me is chocolate and crisps. Please! Distract me!!!

Just a suggestion, thats what i do, and i burn a crazy amount of calories 2-3 times a week. Plus you can be of any fitness, any size, and its ok. and its good for stress!
