It's day one of my lifestyle change. I had my breakie and then a sandwich and a big yoghurt for lunch... and im hungry. I have two hours of work left and the only food available to me is chocolate and crisps.

Please! Distract me!!!

Try chugging some water. That will give you the feel of fullness for a little while. Then try chewing gum (which should put off the hunger pains until you are finished with work)

Oh no gum when your hungry is awful makes the brain send signals to your stomach that its getting food then your stomach gets ready and is hugely disappointed!!

    Dont do it!!!

Wow! That's interesting but makes sense. Probably why I get so hungry in the gym (also because of the calories I'm burning) but thanks for that info!! Very informative.

Gum and water works great for me... but it's day 1, so you probably really are hungry.

How much have you cut back?

Ive jumped from the dukan (which was horrible) to just healthy choices and calories. On the dukan my
Calories were way too low. I'm doing 1200 on this, still low but better than 500 ish

Think how good you'll feel about yourself when you make it though. You can do it.
