I would love to join in with the support. I'm trying to keep focused and on track. I've been losing but it's pretty slow. One week I'll see a pound or two and the next week nothing, even though I've been ok food-wise and I've been increasing my exercise.

I would like to join as well. I've been moderately successful this time around with mfp but weight loss has been slower than when I have tried to lose in my younger days. So I'd appreciate some support. I've lost 25 lbs but still have 15 more to go.

I'm new, too. Need some inspiration and support. Just trying MFP for the first time. I've been a lifetime member of WW, but off the wagon for the last few years. Can't get to meetings. I like MFP's app and web site much better than WW, as there is greater flexibility. But I'm not sure how accurate some of the calorie…
