  • Hey guys, Sorry I didn't weigh-in this week. I am so unbelievably disappointed and confused. Somehow, I'm up to 266 pounds. I haven't been this heavy in about 3 years. And I don't know how this is happening. I haven't been eating near enough to gain that much weight in such a short time. I don't know what to do.
  • Okay, so I'm putting this here for reference when I weigh-in tomorrow. -To maintain, I would need to eat roughly 16,800 calories a week. -This week, I have eaten 14,677 calories and burned another 1,682. -This means a deficit of 3805 calories, which SHOULD mean I've lost a tiny bit more than a pound.
