New to this forum. Will start tomorrow. Hoping to loose 50 lbs to start. Doing this for my health. Hopefully before November. May be harder in Nov/Dec. Work at Harry & David. They always put goodies in breakroom. Been good most of the time but their are a few items they put out . . . well you know. Glad to meet you. Nay.
