i am also blessed with terrible cramps... i take advil before i work out and try not to drink caffine... also while im still "warm" from running i stretch as much as i can.. drink plenty of liquids even though you are retaining some water, all of the water weight will come off after that week

I absolutely love to listen to rock with a kick *kitten* bass or fast drums to keep my legs moving(when running or on elliptical) --- linkin park always gets me pumped. also i love certain songs by avenged sevenfold( scream/ nightmare/ lost/) i also love songs from breaking benjamin and a day to remember... basically just…
