  • I found that I could only do it in IE. And then I couldn't use the HTML part of it in IE. It's frustrating.
  • It's ok once in a while. I'm on my monthly friend this week and all I want to do is give in and eat a bunch of chocolate. I hate that craving. I did cave in and eat a cookie today. lol. Oh well. It's still within my calories.
  • How long have you been using the regular site? I'd wait and see if the regular site works for you. I know it does for me for what I want to use.
  • Feel free to add me. I'm 30 (almost 31) with 2 kids (2 & 5). I'm looking to lose 20-30lbs. I work full-time 4 days a week from 6:30am-5pm and I'm also in the Army Reserves (about to take company command so that'll take even MORE of my time every day). It's been a challenge to get exercise in but I've been doing it.
  • I could do a 5K on Friday (2 Sept) if anyone wants to join me! Write your time or that you completed it down.
  • We can do this! I worked out 4 times this week and I'm about to go workout again for a 5th time this week. I want to get 4-5 workouts in during the week every week. I'm not sure how I feel about letting myself get to this, but I can change it back to the better.
  • It takes about 2 weeks to create a habit. Push yourself these 2 weeks to go walk and before you know it you'll be just doing it and going further and further each time. Don't hate yourself for what you are now, love yourself enough to want to be healthier. You can do it!
  • I bought those DVDs and they are no joke. But they'd be awesome if I could get through it all the way. I just don't stick with 1 thing enough because I have to be specifically good in 3 events.
  • Add me! I have a hard time squeezing in workouts but I do.
  • If you've been good about it I'd discuss the lack of weight loss with your doctor and bring in the tracking you've done.
  • I need to get back into early morning workouts. I can always push myself better. But I'd have to wake up at 3am so I just workout around 7pm after work and drag the whole time. Maybe after we get the gym full moved. No clue, I'm always so tired lately.
  • Ugh, my husband made homemade mac n cheese then ate a whole plate full while I had 1/2 cup and some chicken. He's a jerk. Lol that's the hardest part about this
  • You don't want clear pee, it needs a little color. A light yellow is good. I don't track my cups either
  • I wish I knew. I start getting really sleepy around then too. I usually just drink a lot of water and suffer through. Lol
  • Still in the army reserves here. Can pass my APFT but not where I want, and can pass my height and weight but barely so I want to work on losing some weight and getting back into shape. I used to be good, then I had 2 kids and let it go some.
  • You mommies are awesome! I was STARVING all the time when I was breastfeeding. It's hard work. Ok, I wasn't starving, but it felt like it.
  • I'm 30 as well (and 2 kids too) looking to lose at least 20, would like to lose 30. I just started yesterday. Feel free to add me.
  • Doesn't matter how fast your go, just that you finish the race! Great job. Friend me if you want, I'm posting my daily activity on my account.
  • If you're getting bored with walking there's nothing wrong with starting something different. Or building up on that to combat the boredom.
  • I want to lose 20 by then too. That's the minimum I want to lose, I would like to lose 10 more after that.
  • Welcome! Good luck on your journey. I'll look you up on youtube. I'm not into youtube, but was thinking of making a twitter or something for my progress, I'm not sure it. For now I'm just using this site.
  • You might be losing fat at this rate but not weight. I suggest measuring your thigh, chest, and waist at least to see the change if your weight isn't going much of anywhere.
  • BTW, if you want a "gym" but don't have a lot of room. A stationary bike is very compact and good cardio (find some spin classes on youtube to follow) and they're cheap (especially used). Then an exercise ball, and walmart sells a dumbbell set for about $25. It's sand (I think) filled weights and the weight is…
  • Lol I love auto-correct on my phone
  • My MIL just had it done and there's a whole list of things she can't have ever again (Motrin or anything carbonated are a couple of them). If really think hard before going this route. Mostly because I'd rather just dirty and exercise if I can.
  • I'm starving by the time I get home from work. Not because I don't eat or snack during the day either (plus I drink a bunch of water), so I have a tendency to over eat. I found that if I jump right into exercise when I get home I'm less likely to be as hungry after and I don't want to waste my workout so I eat less. I…
  • Thank you for the options everyone. I'm going to go read some reviews and see what they have to offer. I'm going to stay away from ebay though. I deleted my account there after I had a few bad experiences. But amazon usually does refurbished for cheap sometimes.
  • I'm in the Army Reserves, so YAY! I'm an AMEDD officer as well and Ft. Sam Houston is great (go to the river walk at least once if they let you). jillybeansalad is right, everything is more endurance than actual strength training. Unless you ruck march 3 days a week with a 50lb ruck, then that's something I consider…
  • Best thing about pregnancy, your baby is at the end. Worst thing, the weight gain from it. I did it the first time in 4 months (~40lbs I gained). The second time I only lost the first 20lbs. I'm starting to work on the last 20lbs now over 2 yrs later. Keep working hard!

  • Ugh, I feel for you. I have a horrible sweet tooth. I just make everyone else not eat it either and don't buy any. lol. Not sure what your situation is though.
