I weigh myself throughout the day (or atleast when I'm home) Just to see whats working, what's not, if I've lost enough weight to eat again. Stuff like that, if I don't lose much one day, or gain a little one day, I'll work harder the next day. I lose 3-5lbs a week, every week. I love knowing what I am everyday VS waiting…

You can break it by having an apple day, start eating apples just before lunch time, and end the following day at lunch time. Eat about 6 apples in that span, only drink enough water to quench your thirst. Trust me, it works!

It means 8 ounces, which is a cup. The diet I'm on says to drink at least a half gallon a day, up to a gallon. So, drink up!
