I like her 30DS, but I purchased it at Target for $10. I never signed up for her website, because I thought $4 a week was too much. Her DVDs are not expensive, and Amazon also sells them for a good price as well... so I can't give you advice on her site, but I can tell you the DVDs are a great price and well worth it.

My plateaus last anywhere from a few weeks to over a month. I find it harder during the Winter months and easier during the warmer months (probably because I want to actually leave my house). I also stop obsessively weighing myself for a while and then get a surprise when I do.

Yeah... I'm a DD... they don't work that well for me. I even went to a bridal shop to be fitted for them and they were very uncomfortable and wore out about 2 hours in. Luckily the dress was tight enough to keep them tame.
