Protein with every meal eg. Breakfast 50g muesli No fat yogurt Snack banana Lunch Salmon/tuna/baked chicken and salad Snack Carrot and low fat cheese Dinner Meat and veg Currently doing it myself. It's not hard when you think of the end goal. Good luck!
