As above, I say have them as long as they are under what you've got left, and most of all enjoy them!

I'm totally the same! Easy to stick to during the week when I'm at work as I have to plan what I take to work to eat but come Saturday night and Sunday which is the only time I'm not at work then I throw the rule book out the window! Recently though I have tried to step up my exercise at the weekend so that I can eat back…

I have just got 6 chickens myself and they are just starting to lay! We haven't had too many at the moment but a few of them that we've had have been double yolkers! I know you said you can't boil them while they are fresh but have you thought about pickling them? I love a pickled egg with a salad or fish and chips …

It's what I have most days, low fat sausage and bacon medallions with mushrooms and tomatoes.

If you're in the UK then I recommend Lloyds Pharmacy's own make. Only £20 and you get a chest strap and watch.

I started with a 2lb per week goal and was only on 1200 cals which was hard work! I dropped to 1.5lb loss per week so get an extra 200 per day and still losing between 1-2lb per week so far.

I ate a load of chocolate yesterday and only left myself with 100 cals for dinner so I forced myself to do some exercise and bagged an extra 700 cals! Felt much better for it and didn't feel so guilty about scoffing the chocolate! lol

Bulmers do an extra crisp one which is drier than the regular. We are brewing our own cider at the moment, have no idea how many cals per pint it will be though! lol

Thanks! Last time I checked 568 mls and a pint were the same! So that's good news for me!

Thanks! It's a bit of a pain to work out exactly as the Magners is in ounces and the Stella in mls! But it still looks like the Magners is still quite a bit more. I like them both equally. Have you tried the new Magners flavours?

My favourite is a baked apple stuffed with mixed dried fruit and served with some sweetened quark or creme fraiche

OMG you look terrific! Well done  Keep up the good work

My favourite homemade spicy marinade: Worcestershire sauce Garlic (fresh or dried) Chilli flakes (fresh or dried) Mustard seeds Smoked paprika Salt Pepper Thyme Put as much or as little of each herb/spice in a bowl and coat the chicken in the marinade then grill, bbq or oven bake.

I'm no expert but I was in a similar situation a while ago. I had my goal set to 2lb loss per week which gave me 1200 per day. Some days it was easy to achieve but other days I struggled so I set my goal to 1.5lb loss per week which gave me an extra 200 cals per day and that same week I lost nearly 3lb!! I think it takes…

Thank you FairyMiss! You're one of the only ones that has actually recognised the fact that I want sweets! I eat fruit too but it does not give me the satisfaction that eating sweets does. (not worried about the carbs to be honest!) Eating sweets is a treat for me, fruit is NOT a treat as it is part of my daily diet…

Thanks, that's just what I thought, I wouldn't sit down and eat the whole pack or a load of them in one go anyway, I'm just having a few over several hours.

"The best way to offer advice that others find helpful is to address their actual question, not different questions that weren't asked" Agreed, or maybe some people should just not answer at all

Bloody hell I didn't intend on starting an argument! I was merely asking if anyone knew the definition of excessive consumption! As I explained, I have a sweet tooth and if I were to eat "real" sweets then I would not be able to have as many as I would like to due to the calorie content. I'm not eating them as a…

Thanks

Fabulous news! Mine are very very loose now, think I might have to resize them eventually

I quit! But it wasn't easy. My GP told me to switch to decaff which I really hated. Took me a while to get used to drinking it and then suddenly I started to replace it with other diet drinks and then eventually I got down to just drinking squash or plain water. I didn't drink it for a whole month and then tried one one…

Totally totally fine! I always make sure i have enough calories each day for a Curly Wurly! It's the only thing that keeps me going

Chai tea latte and a Curly Wurly

Thanks for the tip! Don't have an Asda local to me but might have a nosey online and get a delivery

Weigh yourself every day if you want to! Who's the boss of you, you or your friend? lol I weigh myself every day but only record it once a week on Sundays which is my "official" weigh in day. I like to do this as it helps me keep in check during the week. Do what is right for you, not what others tell you

Yeah it totally worked for me. Was stuck on an 11lb loss for weeks and then I changed my goal from 2lb loss per week to 1.5lb and it gave me an extra 200 cals a day. There was less pressure on me and within a week I was back on track!
