I've got used to salad without dressing now but sometimes I like the extra flavour so I make my own with either sweet chilli sauce or mango chutney, some wholegrain mustard and lemon juice. Just mix a small amount of each in a little bowl until you get the right consistency and flavour you like.

I totally agree! This is why I stopped posting on the boards, fed up with the sarky comments! I don't need to come here for those, I get plenty of them at home thank you very much! lol

I don't know how you do it hun! There's only 2 of us (plus the dog and the chooks) and I struggle to get all our weekly shopping under £80! Px

Thanks :)

I can't get a different ring tone for a different person on my phone :( My usual tune is Swing Low, Sweet Chariot (UB40) but sometimes I change it to Bruno Mars - Lazy song.

I like quorn but prefer real meat! There is a different taste and texture but it's all down to personal taste really. All you can do is try it and see!

Black with 2 sweetners and I have around 5-6 cups a day!

Love my job just hate the people I work with and the customers! lol

Pollypops is my family nickname and purple is my favourite colour  my screen name is purplepollypops but only shows up as purplepollypo on here! lol
-
A huge salad! But why not exercise some cals off so you can have some extra?

I had Heaven by DJ Sammy (chillout version) played as I walked down the aisle and we danced our first dance to Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CLCUoUUBuk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaMuBX4aMmw

You look absolutely amazing chick!! I'm so proud of you  Keep up the good work, you are doing an excellent job. Px

Low fat creme fraiche maybe or weight watchers low fat double cream

Recently I've been having rice cakes (cracked black pepper flavour) with low low cheese spread and a slice of ham. Really filling and reminds me of a cheese and ham toastie! Well, the closest I'll ever get to one with such low cals! lol

Fabulous! Well done :) Px

lol, sorry but where I'm from Leslie is the male spelling of the name! I didn't realise I'd got it wrong until everyone else kept typing Leslie! pmsl

bump I'd like to know this too but think you'd probably need to add something to it to make it set.

How much exercise do you do and do you eat back your exercise cals? When you feel the urge to eat go out for a walk and burn off some cals so that if you are still feeling the same when you get back you can eat back what you have just burned and still net 1200. I always do this when I really want something that I know will…

Yes I'd agree with you there!

If I don't satisfy my craving then I end up bingeing on other stuff and that is NOT a good idea! So I always have chocolate when I fancy it. Cadbury's Curly Wurlys are my favourite as they are only 115 cals. Also chocolate covered rice cakes are very nice, only 75 cals. Find something that you like that is low in cals and…

I make mine with quorn or chicken mince sometimes. I usually fry off an onion and garlic then add the mince and a tin of chopped tomatoes and a carton of passata and some herbs and spices and some sliced mushrooms then I put it in the slow cooker for a couple of hours. And I also call it spag bog too!! lol

I count it as exercise. I wear my HRM so that I know how many cals I've burned as the ones Wii fit show you aren't quite as accurate.
-
I often bake chicken breasts in the same roasting dish as potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and onions. I cut the potatoes into quarters and the carrots and onions into big chunks and then spray with 1 cal oil and add a sprinkling of herbs and spices (usually garlic, smoked paprika and thyme, sometimes a bit of chilli) and…

I use it instead of Philly for cheesecake and instead of creme fraiche for creamy sauces.

Winiary instant Borsch beetroot soup (200ml = 38 cals 0.4g fat) plus either Morrisons melba toast or a couple of Ryvitas. I stumbled on this soup while in Tesco one day having a nosey in the section where they sell their Polish/Russian range and it's been my best find since I started MFP  Oh, and mini marmite rice…

I would choose salmon and I would chuck some herbs and lemon juice on it then wrap it in tin foil and bake in the oven or steam and serve with new potatoes and salad

Same thing here! I was a 46D when I first started this. Now 44lbs lighter and STILL the same size!!

I make lovely healthy chips with mine. Leave the skins on and cut into chips then spray a baking sheet with 1 cal spray, add the chips and spray them with the oil and add some herbs and spices. I like to sprinkle garlic and smoked paprika on mine. Bake for around 20-25 mins on around a 200 degree heat.

Liking the ideal list! Mine would be: 1) White Zinfandel 2) Cadbury's Fruit & Nut 3) Walkers Cheese & Onion crisps 4) Cheesecake 5) Haddock & Chips from the chippy
