What should i take for dinner?

I ate 2- 3 servings of whole cereal ( no milk) but then I also ate 5 mini butter cups from reese. Kill me!!

I feel the urge not to eat anything else for the day.

Im left with 268 cal. How should i wisely choose what to it? :'(

    A huge salad! But why not exercise some cals off so you can have some extra?

    Vegetables of any sort. Salad, roasted (low cal) vegetables like broccoli, spinach with garlic and a little yogurt.

    or homemade soup.. carrot sticks, celery, that sorta thing.

    Cup-a-soup.. umm... fruit (although there isn't much that can fill you up)
