  • You should consider fasting occasionally(18 hrs min.) and taking extra collagen/gelatin(if your diet permits) to help your skin cells become more vibrant though autophagy and increased elasticity. This is anecdotal advice, as I can’t reference the EXACT studies that actually showed this.

  • Oh damn...I gotta be careful with advice. I consume 7g potassium ions a day and 3g sodium. I get cramps when I go under 5g potassium. Every person is different. But you won’t go wrong with avocados!
