I make sure to eat breakfast everyday within 1 hours of waking up and it is atleast 25 percent of my daily calories. It works great for me and I'm never hungry throughout the day.

I can't explain it but i gain about 3lbs a week then drop 5lbs. I weigh my self daily but only part attention to wednsday morning first thing in the morning

Started at 340 currently at 285 want to get to 180 and level off at 200

Everytime i walk in the restroom. But i enjoy watching the variation like i usually weigh 3 pounds lighter when i wake up and gain anout 2 pounds after breakfast. But the only one i really pay attention is the new lowest number kind of like a high score in a video game.

Focus on.eating healthy foods rather than the calories. Keep various vegtebles to snack on like baby carrots and celery, concentrate on healthy alternitives.
