Every 10 pounds it reevaluates your goals so that is why your calories jumped my sodium has always been 2300 irregardless of calories. You may have had a custom settings and when it updated it went with a default setting thats the only thing i could think of for your sugar doubling.

Its a setting just manually add a couple calories to hit 1200 and not worry about it

On days i work i pre log my meals even if some are eaten after midnight the go as one day

I weigh myself every day when i wake up and again befor bed but only log wednsday morning

Dont be too hard on yourself, stay focussed and dont give up, and appreciate your achievements along the way.

Just go with it. It will feel like your not losing but even before you cross the finish line occasionally you will look in the mirror and be really impressed with the progress you have made even after a month or two. Don't compare yourself with others if you want it bad enough youll easily hit your goals.

That's how i keep motivated its all about that next 10s. Then when you realize you no longer see the last tens. Mini goals really help you stay focused and in a good mindset.
