Taking is working greAt for me, it not only makes me more aware of what i read but also makes me not feel so bad about the less than healthy choices that i was able to fit in. The only thing is double check the calories fot example the bread i just ate showed up as 110cal were the bag says 130cal.

I have been big my entire life, i.was 200 in 1st grade. I never played attention to calories always just add what ever i wanted though i never though about it at the time it wasn't uncommon for me to eat 3000+ calories in one meal. I currently eat about the same amount of food just way healthier.

Sodium is the hardest, but if you don't have any medical problems it doesn't effect weight loss except for water weight.

Carrot sticks, fat free greek yogurt, granola bar, a pickle has almost no calories.

We all feel the same way sometimes, it is just other people living ther life around you. So your best stick to your plan youll make it.

I stopped at the end of july, now its mostly water ocasional tea or lemonade but mostly plain water.

It is pretty much impossible to gain that much from a meal. Watch your sodium and drink plenty of water and it will come off

The hardest and most important part is to keep pushing forward when you have a bad day or the scale stops moving. Personally if i go over my calories one day i just use it as motivation to make the next one better.

Your body wont slow your motabolism enough to fill a 1000 calorie defecit. Just recaculate for your current weight every 10 pounds and youll keep losing.

Your diet is the most important. Cardio will burn more calories in a session but strength training will burn a couple more calories every day for every pound of muscle you put on.

Yes you can if you lose 1lb at 1400 at 1700 youll lose about half a pound.

It should youll need to look up what you should be eating calorie wise to lose weight. But eating a bunch of junk food probably won't help you much in your training. Either way welcome and there are plenty of people here too help keep you motivated.

I was eating fast food atleast twice a day all kinds of junkfood inbetween, and hardly ever drinking plain water. Ive still got 100 to lose. Getting into the 200s felt great just set 10 pound goals and be proud of yourself every time you hit one. If your anything like me for that first month youll drop quick.

Breakfast is usually cheerios, scrambled egges with Turkey bacon, or plain instant oatmeal. For the afternoon i vary chicken breast with rice and some steamed vegetables is easy to make maybe make a simple sandwhich at home. Then you can always buy some tv dinners i.usually get the healthy choice ones.
