Why does everyone keeping posting "bump" what does that mean?

I bought a watch that is also a calorie counter/heart rate moniter. Or there are plenty of apps for iphone or android that will help you count calories. Do the math yourself, then put it in manually.

You look terrific! Keep up the great work & stay in there! It's hard to keep up the good habits when your husband returns ( I gained it all back!) but with motivation and hard work you can do it! It's a great feeling to fit into your "skinny" clothes!
