Yes, level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. Only move to the next level if you feel like you can...does that make sense???

Day 7 done! I am using 3lb weights and 5lb weights So thankful that my muscles aren't as sore! Happy Shredding!

Day 6 for me! I'm not sore anymore ~ muscles just feel tighter I am doing cardio at least twice a week on top of the shred everyday. Jogging on Monday and Wednesdays- possibly elliptical on Friday ~ haven't decided yet....

That is impressive - some people would of stopped working out because the dogs were going crazy. Way to go! My 1 year old got up early this morning and she likes to sit on me when I'm doing the push ups and the ab parts...makes it a little more challenge but I stuck with it!

Day 5 for me! Loving the way I feel! I am only planning two rest days because I will be traveling for work (13th & 14th). Day 4 for me! It was hard to get up this morning but I did it! CW 171 GW- whatever it ends up being (not weighing) - working on inches. chest 36 waist 33 hips 46 thigh - unsure will measure tomorrow. arm- unsure will measure tomorrow Goal - to lose LOTS of inches :smile:

Love the 30 day shred. 3 levels each 20 minutes long - you can do each level as long as you want too, if level one gets to easy move to level 2. It is a great workout.

Weight Watchers has a recipe for Fruit Dip....Fat Free Cream Cheese and Sugar Free Caramel (ice cream topping)...it is delicious!

Take your 2 1/2 year old to the park and walk or play on the playground, play tag - kids love to be chased :) Any kind of movement is going to burn calories. Do you have On Demand? They have workouts on there for free!

I have a 9 yr old, 8 yr old and 8month old. I work full time and we have soccer and baseball practice two nights a week. I just walk when we are at the fields with the baby. I actually did the HCG drops and yes you do lose the weight and you don't feel hungry or tired. It does work! I did gain about 5lbs back once I was done with the drops, but I didn't do Phase 3 the way I was suppose too. You have to follow it exactly - to reset your metabolism.
