Go to level 3! I only did like 7 days of level 2 - I hated planks! I was going to just stop but I decided to try level 3 first. I love it!

Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred is on You Tube (free) and you can do it with the weights that you have.

Started Level 3 today, I love it compared to Level 2...

My older kids are 10 and 9 - so we had to buy all new stuff for the little one.

Once you find what time works for you it will be easier to get your workout in.. I get up at 6am ~ everyone is still sleeping so I have time to shred, shower and get ready for work before anyone else is up. It works out perfect for me :) My youngest is 15 months and 30lbs - I carry her around a lot - i think my right side…

After having baby #3 - i gained a lot of weight while pregnant. I have gotten back to the weight that I was before getting pregnant but my shape is different so my clothes still don't fit.:sad:

Way to go!! that's awesome! I love working out first thing in the morning - it makes me feel great for the rest of the day! I feel the workouts mostly in my arms :( I am ready to be done with level 2 - not a big fan of the planks LOL!!!

Did level 2 day 5 yesterday! Today I took a break, back at it tomorrow. Not enjoying level 2 at all...planks are terrible!!!! I'm not doing really good on my food, so I think that is holding me back on the weight loss....I will measure after level 2. Happy Shredding everyone :smile:

Day 3 Level 2 - Level 2 is a lot different than Level 1 - I can feel muscles I didn't even know I had LOL!!! I am feeling very proud of myself :flowerforyou:

I took the last two days off due to traveling. I did Day 2 of Level 2 today... I do feel sore the next day after Level 2 - maybe I should of move up to Level 2 sooner.

You look GREAT!!! Are you just doing the Shred? If not, what else are you doing :) Just curious I am on Day 11 and I don't see that much of a change.

I have had 3 c-sections and totally understand what you mean about the pouch :) It maybe scar tissue

It will come off just hang in there, the muscle you are building will start getting burning the fat :) and you are going to look a lot smaller even if the weight stays the same.

Day 1 of Level 2 this morning.... SW 171 CW 170 Thigh 22 (-.25) Arms 12 (-.25) Waist 33 (same) Bust 36 (same) Hips 46 (same) I can tell a difference but I think the changes are in spots that I am not measuring. I am taking a break tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Day 8 today :) I'm not feeling sore, do you think I m doing something wrong... These last 21lbs are hanging on ~ can't shake'em off...LOL!
