You name it and I proably miss it!! From sweets like reeses cups and Godiva Brownies... to things like Pizza hut pizza, whoppers, to extra buttery mashed potatoes! I miss drinking mojitos and other high cal beverages too.......

I completly agree with LIFEBLOOMs comment. Its the fat and nutrients other then calories that will be out of wack if you eat "bad calories" instead of "healthy calories". Alot of people misunderstand that "calorie counting" is a way to loose weight. There are other aspects to nutrican that need to be addressed to loose…

I went through ISSA. However its not accepted everywhere. You should check with your local gyms and see what training certs they accept, as "Golds gym" is different than an "Any time fitness" gym. They may even pay for it, if you work for them.
