It's been almost 2 months and I'm down 10 lbs, but being 133 lbs with my height (5' 2") and small frame I still look/feel overweight. Visually I only see a slight difference. I think 1 more month and maybe 5 more pounds will provide more "wow". Right now, not so much and haven't gotten any commentary.

I am set at 1200 calories. My personal target range is between 1200-1500. I am 5' 2", started at 143 and weighed in at 133 today and that took just under 2 weeks. Do you also log your cleaning as exercise, OP? MFP has a designation on their list for it. Though the end calculation seems super high for logged minutes. HIIT / interval exercises (less time investment), lots of green tea, 3 Day Military Diet (3 days on and then normal/healthy calorie intake 4 days), avoid high carbs and sodium leading up to the big day and/or give water pills a whirl...and Spanx...that's what I would try in the short/desperate term. ;-)

I think MFP falls short in this area as HIIT should be an obvious calorie burn count option they should be able to fanagle. If I am at the gym and get a count off a machine after some HIIT, or off another online calorie counter I use, then I keep adjusting the minutes of a particular exercise listed on MFP until I get a…

I agree with DoingItWell. Reasonable to start to feel a little hungry by 3. Pack/eat a reasonable ~100ish calorie snack. Outside of that, up the protein/fiber content of your smoothie with extra protein powder, chia/flax/hemp seeds, etc.
