Agree that it's a faff to log spices and seasonings, and will be minimal calories. I would log things like ketchup though. Oil is one that should defo be logged. @donnajean_423 It can be an eye opener can't it?! A couple of meals that I used to make weekly and thought of as 'healthy' turned out to be over 1000 cal a go. That was a few years ago, I like to think I'm a little bit more aware now! How much are you trying to lose with your new game plan?
