I do, I do & I LOVE IT.... Clean & Press and all that good shhh too.... Oh yeah and I've also noticed a nice lift in the bootay dept lol :laugh:

I'm 5'1" started at 205, I'm now 131 and still maintaining my curves (which I love lol) but I want to get down to 125ish :wink:

Here I am at 205 & 131.. Still would like to lose another 5-6 lbs but I'm hoping for more inch loss at this point.

Hiya :smile: I'm 5'1, my highest weight was about 205 and I'm now 131... I'm more concerned with losing inches over scale loss at the moment, although I wouldn't mind losing another 5-6lbs lol, but the closer I get to reaching my goal the harder it's getting. Here are my before and afters ( well more like before and during)

I'm still hangin' in there ladies!! Did P&S today, I'm using 20 lbs for the warm up (10 on each side), 30lbs for squats & lunges, 20 for the chest presses, & 25 for the standing chest (that includes deadlifts, clean & press etc.) oh and 5lb plates in each hand for the chest portion with Jericho. Definitely loving this, but…
