Hey peeps :smile: I'm 5'1" and my profile pic is my before and after. My highest weight was 205lbs, and I would reward myself by going shopping every now and then, just to keep me feeling motivated. Especially since the scale doesn't always tell you the whole story... always remember to measure yourself :wink:

Thanks for the suggestions everyone :smile: That seems to be my problem, my body builds up a tolerance so quickly that even when I find something that works, the affects quickly wear off
