I never have an entire cheat day cause that can get really out of hand really quickly & lead to binging. I do however, enjoy a cheat "meal" every now and than. It's not for everyone, cause some people can stay on track 100% of the time, but it works for me & keeps me from feeling like I'm missing out on something :wink:…
